Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Chillout Motorsports Europe ships worldwide. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Domestic (Belgium):

    • DHL Economy (1-2 business days)
    • DHL Priority Overnight (next business day delivery)
  • Intra-EU
    • DHL Economy (3-5 business days)
    • DHL Priority (1-2 business day)

  • International:

    • DHL Priority Mail International® (6-10 business days)
    • DHL Priority Mail Express International™ (3-5 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. We can ship to Asia, Middle East, Oceania and other international destinations as long as the customer covers the shipping fees.

Order Processing Time: Orders typically take 2-5 business days in transit, depending on the destination and shipping option selected.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs. Cooling garments must be exchanged in unworn condition within 48 hours of receipt.
